Letting your property with Woodrow Morris
The first step is for one of our expert property professionals to visit your property. After conducting a brief survey of your property our expert will then give an opinion as to the value and give you information of similar properties that are currently being marketed and others that have been let locally. It is essential to consider this comparative information to ensure the correct value of your property is assessed and suitable asking price chosen.
The second step is to place details and photographs onto both our own website and all the main property websites. Each of our registered renters will be sent an SMS “text” messages to their mobile telephone with details of the property and simultaneously a full set of details sent to them by e-mail. This process takes a few minutes and after that our team of lettings negotiators will contact our registered tenants and invite them to view your property.
Once we have located suitable tenants they will be referenced by an independent referencing agency and a Rental Protection Insurance policy offered. We will then deal with all parties until the tenants move in and will always be available to offer advice and assistance throughout the tenancy. We offer a basic letting service and a full management service.
Fees to Tenants
- Referencing fee £120 including VAT (£100.00 plus VAT)

Fees to Landlords
- Let only 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT)
- Rent collection 3% including VAT (2.5% plus VAT)
- Full management 6% including VAT (5% plus VAT)
